General Policies & Procedures

You enter and ride in this facility at your own risk!  We carry NO INSURANCE Membership: Membership NOT required. We operate our race facility in a Family Christian Atmosphere. We offer on Sunday mornings before practice starts a message from the Bible through our Track Chaplain. We encourage all to attend.  This is a very positive and inspirational time for you and your children. We believe God loves all people equally. He wants a relationship with us.  God wants us to have fun but He dosen't want us to make fun our God. It is the Mission of DBMX to glorify God by keeping him our main focus as well as ministering to the world that you don’t have to give up the fun things in life once you become a Christian. It is just the opposite;  once you become saved!  God will allow you to take the gifts, talents and joys that you possess and use them for His glory.   Daniel Boone MX is located in a "Dry County" which means that Alcohol is illegal in public! Zero Tolerance: No alcohol or Drug Paraphernalia allowed!!! Violators will be asked to exit the MX Park no exceptions.  Release of Liability: You are responsible for your own safety. All persons entering the premises must sign the liability release waiver. Parents or legal guardians must sign with children under 18 years of age. Rider Registration: All Riders must properly register before entering the track. All riders must personally be present for rider registration. Minors must accompany their parent or guardian to registration. For a guardian release form click here! Responsibility: Motocross racing, like all motorsports, can be dangerous. When you enter the grounds you assume all risk of injury and/or damage. It is your responsibility to keep yourself and your children a safe distance from the racetrack. Parents, you are responsible for the safety of your children. Be aware of their location at all times. Never turn your back to oncoming racers. STAY OFF THE TRACK during racing or when equipment in on the track!  OIL:  Do Not dump oil on the ground!  We have an oil waste barrell at Starting Gate. Medical Insurance: We do not have medical insurance for racers; do not race without it. Tickets: Your armband is your weekend pass and must be worn with you at all times. If you leave the facility, you must have your armband on in order to re-enter. Armbands are your Weekend Pass! Do not take it off. We are not responsible if lost! . If you do not have proof of an Armband; you will be required to purchase another one. If you or someone in your group is caught sneaking into facility; we will prosecute for trespassing.  No refunds: after practice No Pit Riding: 5 mph speed limit in the Pits. No pit riding. No spectator riding. Pit Crews: Riders are responsible for all pit crew members, family and friends. First Aid: First Aid Kit is located at the Concessions or Sign-Up Building Medics:  We be on staff during Racing or Practice Noise: Excessive Loud Music and other loud noise will not be tolerated. Quiet Time after Sat Night races are over! Fire Extinguishers: All racing rigs/motor homes/camping vehicles must have fully functioning fire extinguishers readily available in the event of an emergency. No Woods Riding: The woods are off-limits during motocross events. Anyone riding in the woods is subject to disqualification. Prohibited: We do not permit fireworks or firearms. We use a Public PA System and FM Transmitter for announcing the events.  Trash: Please use our trash receptacles. If you need trash bags, you can get them from the front gate or concessions. You can help us keep the costs down.   Pets: All pets must be on a leash. No vicious or excessively barking pets permitted. Camping: Camping is FREE. There are no electric or water hook-ups. No campsites, tents or awnings permitted within 20' of the motocross track fence. You are responsible for your trash. Campfires: No campfires please. Due to the large amount of guests and racing rigs, we cannot permit fires of any kind around any trucks, cars, bikes, Quads or gas cans.   Water & Ice: Water and Ice can be purchased at the Concession Stand. Water Barrels: We have free well water to fill up your barrel for Bike Wash. Located near front entry gate. Signage & Property: DO NOT take the banners or signage. Violators will be prosecuted for theft. .  Stealing or Destruction of Property: Violators will be prosecuted!  Reward: If you have proof of Destruction of DBMX or its customers Property then we will reward you for your honesty and help in turning in the culprit or culprits. We are trying to give everyone a nice facility with fun and safety for all.
